THe Problem

Girls start to lose faith in their intelligence and talent by age six, and often lose interest in careers like STEM, business, and politics by the time they start to choose higher-level classes.

Six out of ten girls admit they would be more comfortable pursuing male-dominated careers if men and women were equally represented. An effective way to get girls involved is a female mentor or teacher.

The Solution

Girls With Drive aims to inspire young girls to pursue male-dominated fields. Our mentorship network and Girl Scout program caters to girls ages eight to eighteen.

Participating girls have access to these programs for free, and have only one requirement: they must eventually mentor another girl in our network.
